1. The product

Subline is a Chrome extension and accompanying API for personal language-learning use. It produces Anki flashcards from YouTube subtitle text and audio segments for the user's own study.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the product solely for personal language learning. You will not redistribute generated decks commercially or use the product to scrape YouTube content at scale.

3. Subscriptions & refunds

Pro plans renew monthly or annually. Cancel anytime via Stripe customer portal. 14-day no-questions-asked refund. Founding Lifetime is one-time and non-refundable after 14 days.

4. No warranty

The product is provided "as is". We don't promise YouTube subtitles are accurate or that the AI's translations are flawless. Verify learning material with native speakers when in doubt.

5. Termination

We may suspend a license that violates these terms or abuses the API. Subscription revenue is refunded prorata in that case.
